Celebration at Triple border (Tromeja)

Every second Sunday in September, hikers from all three countries gather at the top of the 1,509 m Peča nad Ratečami, where Slovenia, Austria and Italy meet. In 2009, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of Meetings at the Three Borders.

Join the meeting and share good cheer, a bouncy polka, a well-deserved snack and a stunning view with thousands of hikers!

The event is organized by the Tourist Associations Rateče – Planica, Podklošter and Trbiž, which ensure that it smells of Slovenian, Carinthian and Italian delicacies…

On the Slovenian side, participants can spin to the rhythms of nationally entertaining melodies.
