Concert by Booom!
Concert by the music band Booom!, which will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 7:30 PM in the Alpine Village in Kranjska Gora. The concert is part of the Čarobna Kranjska Gora events.
Free admission. The event will be filmed and photographed.
ABOUT THE MUSIC BAND:
BOOOM! is a relatively young Slovenian pop/rock band with a special story. Unlike classic bands, they have three frontmen or main vocalists. These are Luka Cvetičanin, Patrik Mrak and Matevž Derenda.
They achieved their first major success and recognition by the Slovenian public in 2023 at the Melodies of the Sea and Sun festival, when they won 2nd place with the song “Portoroško sonce”. Recently, they impressed with their result at the San Marino Eurovision Song Contest, where they made it to the Grand Finale in fierce competition among more than 800 candidates from 31 countries and took an excellent 5th place among the many invited Italian music stars with the song “Dance Like This”.
Not long after their resounding performance in San Marino, they released their first album “Odiseja” (Odyssey), where they impressed their listeners with 12 songs, the most listened to being “Dance like this” and “Avantura”. The band members are also the authors of all the lyrics and music on their full-length debut album “Odiseja”, which was produced by Patrik with the help of the seasoned Matej Pečaver, and mastered in London. The album is driven by a guitar pop-rock sound that flirts with modern American and Brit-pop, and characteristic three-part vocal harmonies.
